Fair Usage Policy

At Class Architect, we strive to provide powerful AI-driven curriculum generation tools to all our educators and institutions. To ensure high performance, fairness, and system stability for everyone, we enforce a Fair Usage Policy across our subscription tiers.

1. Why we have a Fair Usage Policy

Generating full resource packages (including Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans, Presentations, and Quizzes) requires significant computational resources. To prevent abuse and ensure sustainable pricing for all educators, soft and hard limits are applied to AI generation and document mapping.

2. Plan Limits

• Teacher Starter: Up to 5 resource generations (including specification uploads and full course generation) per month.
• Course Leader: Up to 100 resource generations (including specification uploads and full course generation) per month.
• Institution Site License: Up to 1,000 resource generations (including specification uploads and full course generation) per month (shared across all registered staff at the institution).

3. Enforcement

If your account or institution reaches the fair usage limit, further generations will be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle. The system will alert you when you are approaching your limit. If you consistently require more capacity, please contact our Enterprise team to discuss a custom capacity add-on.

4. Automated & API Abuse

Automated scraping, botting, or attempting to bypass the generation UI through unauthorized API requests is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
