Welcome to Class Architect. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any future modifications.
You may use the service only for lawful educational purposes under the principles of educational fair dealing ("illustration for instruction"). Generated content is strictly for internal instructional use at your licensed educational institution. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, reverse‑engineering, unauthorized scraping, or commercial republication.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
Each user is eligible for a single 7‑day free trial. After the trial expires you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using premium features.
All content generated by the AI remains the property of the user. Class Architect retains the right to use anonymized usage data for improving the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abuse, or non‑payment.
Class Architect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service. Furthermore, AI-generated content (including assignment briefs, marking, feedback, lesson plans, and grades) is provided strictly as an aid to educators, not as a replacement for professional judgment. We accept no liability for any errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies in the AI's output that may affect student grades, qualifications, or curriculum compliance. Educators are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated materials and marking results before distribution.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to upload any student work, data, or personal information to the platform. CRITICAL: Users must actively strip or redact all sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full names, SEN data, or contact details before uploading student submissions. Users agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR). All AI processing is conducted via enterprise-grade infrastructure (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Europe-West2) under a formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that guarantees data is processed transiently and is never used to train base AI models. Student submissions are permanently deleted immediately after processing.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Class Architect relies on third-party artificial intelligence APIs; we are not responsible for downtime, throttling, or degraded performance caused by these external providers.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access your account. Account sharing between multiple individuals or across institutional departments is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted under a dedicated enterprise or site license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
